Exploring Feelings

Everyone is sensitive and is affected by the thoughts, feelings and emotions that are around us. It is part of life!
We can see, and it is easy to believe what is in front of our eyes. we can think and we listen to our thoughts and believe them, we take heed of them. The secret lies in tuning in to how we feel as the real guidance on our path of truth, awareness and inner peace.

 Allow your feelings to be your guide

 From merely surviving to experiencing true vitality, emotions serve us well.
 Our feelings tell us what is going on inside for us.

 Expressing our feelings is a necessary part of maintaining our health and awareness of the right way to     express them is an essential ingredient to honour ourselves and others around us.

 Releasing toxic emotions and thoughts in a non-threatening and safe environment can be  therapeutic and   healing. Guiding you on a path to do this will help to calm and center  you. My counselling environment will provide this for you.
